A documentary by PhD student Iago Otero, done in collaboration with the well-known artist Perejaume and the young cinema director Isaki Lacuesta. With images from the last grape harvest led by Pepitu, peasant from Montnegre Mountains, the documentary reflects on the disappearance of the Catalan peasantry. A Spanish subtitled version of the documentary is also available at the same portal.
Where do issues of environmental justice, privatization, police repression, and popular resistance come together? In the case of the tumultuous garbage struggles in Italy's polluted Campania region.
